Scacco Matto

Scacco Matto draws inspiration from the 1960s radical design movement and invites audiences to explore and interact with shapes and light. Featuring three magnetically connected elements, the portable lamp can be transformed in five different light sculptures, to inspire a new interest in the role light plays in transforming the look, feel, and atmosphere of homes. It can be used as a vase, sculpture or to focus light on a particular area. The five possible combinations are reminiscent of chess, hence the name Scacco Matto, the Italian translation of checkmate.

Equilibrio

Equilibrio is a sculptural sink that explores the contrast between the countertop's delicate inclination and its robust volume. Made by the assembly and modeling of several stone pieces in order to achieve a rounded format, the actual sink is created by a diagonal section and a slight tilt of the upper portion of the piece. The suggested supports are asymmetrical, with a hollow tube covering the plumbing on one side and a skinny leg on the other, but this piece could also be used without the supports.

Assembly work is quite simple and requires no special revamping in the room. No wirings or screws are visible externally bringing a sense of harmony and unity with the interior of the user’s living environment they focused our attention to reduce the thickness of the base for safety reasons so that it makes a simpler and more organized setup.

Designer combined line to create a space for storage by using algorithm. Line can be constituted methodically in chaos. Seen from a distance, it is a mess of lines, but it is actually a shelf. And these special shelf come out with not only answers of finding uncertainties, but also beauty of modern technology and art.

Tai side table aims to effectively utilize retired substation metal sheets, extend the service life of the materials, and maximize the use of resources to reduce the burden on the environment. It only requires laser cutting and bending to finish the process and the flat-packed design can significantly reduce production time without assemble. The exterior lines are inspired from IM Pei's The Luce Chapel. It has the image of praying with folded hands in the East. Hope to create furniture that is easy to produce, beautiful, and eco-economical.
